Do you need high-fidelity functional parts or complex geometries printed with precision? We specialize in dependable and seamless 3D printing services built to handle custom client projects with absolute fidelity. Our production facility leverages state-of-the-art additive machinery to service your prototyping, modeling, or batch-production pipeline effortlessly.
Manufacturing custom complex components can be incredibly challenging using traditional subtractive workflows. Our highly trained technical professionals oversee the complete calibration, orientation, material analysis, and print management steps. From durable production-grade polymers to intricate rapid visual models, we deliver reliable parts ready for field testing.

“We produce functional prototypes and end-use parts using FDM and resin-based 3D printing, delivered within days, not weeks.”
What We Need From You
- 13D file in STL, STEP, OBJ, or 3MF format
- 2Quantity required
- 3Material preference or application description (functional, visual, heat-resistant, etc.)

Accuracy & Production Limits
How It Works & Lead Times
File Submission
Send your STL/STEP file via WhatsApp or email with quantity and material requirements.
Quotation
We review your file for printability and return a price and lead-time estimate within 4 hours.
Approval & Payment
Confirm the order. Production begins once payment or purchase order is received.
Printing
Parts are printed, monitored, and support-removed. Typical FDM lead time: 1-5 days depending on size and quantity.
QC & Dispatch
Visual inspection and optional dimensional check. Parts are packed and dispatched or ready for collection.
Lead-Time Factors
Print time scales with part volume, height, and infill density. A small bracket may take 2 hours; a large housing may take 24+ hours per part. Multi-part orders are batched where possible. Post-processing (painting, inserts) adds 1-2 days.
Relevant Applications
Real Project Examples

Medical Device Housing
A medical equipment supplier needed 20 units of a custom sensor housing in biocompatible PETG. We printed, sanded, and delivered all 20 units within 5 working days to their facility.

Aerospace Jigs & Fixtures
An aviation MRO team required a set of ASA drilling fixtures to handle elevated bay temperatures. Printed in ASA with 40% gyroid infill, all fixtures passed dimensional verification on first delivery.

Frequently Asked Questions
STL is the most common format and works for the majority of projects. If you need us to check wall thickness or modify geometry, send a STEP file instead.
For general-purpose functional parts, PETG offers a good balance of strength, flexibility, and moisture resistance. For higher-temperature or UV-exposed applications, ASA or ABS is preferred. We are happy to advise based on your application.
There is no minimum order. We print single prototypes as readily as batch runs of 100+ parts.
Filament is available in a range of standard colours. Precise colour-matching requires post-print painting, which we offer as an add-on service.
Dimensional accuracy for FDM is typically +/-0.2-0.5 mm for most features. Tighter tolerances may require post-machining or design allowances; let us know your requirements and we will advise.
Yes, through our partner network. Resin (SLA/MSLA) is best for high-detail or dental applications; SLS nylon is ideal for complex geometries without support marks. Lead times and pricing differ; contact us for a quote.
